Where can I collect my plants?

You can use our 'Click & Collect' option at the checkout and collect your plants from either Urban Tropicana at 232 Northfield Avenue, W13 9SJ or Urban Tropicana at 21 Turnham Green Terrace, Chiswick, W4 1RG.



What do I do if I'm not happy with my plant?

We take great care in the packaging of our products, but if you do receive a plant this isn't to the standard you were expecting please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please also include a photo of the plant so we can see any potential issue. We'll try our best to sort out any issues as best as we can.



How do I contact your company if my question isn’t answered here?
