What are the shipping options?


Plants will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked at a flat rate of £4.95. Deliveries take 2-3 days after payment has been processed. Once your item has been dispacthed you will receive an email from us with you parcel tracking number. Free nationwide delivery is available on all orders over £50.
(Delivery fee automatically removed at the checkout). Free local delivery is available on orders over £20 anywhere in the London Borough of Ealing plus these additional postcodes W4, TW8 & TW7. For free local delivery to the above postcodes enter code 'EalingTropicana' at the checkout'. Orders for local delivery under £20 will incur a delivery fee of £4.95. Items marked 'Local Delivery Only' are availble for any London Borough of Ealing postcodes plus W4, TW8 & TW7.




What do I do if I'm not happy with my plant?


We take great care in the packaging of our products, but if you do receive a plant this isn't to the standard you were expecting please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please also include a photo of the plant so we can see any potential issue. We'll try our best to sort out any issues as best as we can.
