What are the shipping options?
Plants will be sent by Royal Mail. We ship from Monday to Wednesday only - this avoids parcels being stuck in distribution centres over the weekend. Deliveries take 2-3 days after payment has been processed.
What do I do if I'm not happy with my plant?
We take great care in the packaging of our products, but if you do receive a plant this isn't to the standard you were expecting please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please also include a photo of the plant so we can see any potential issue. We'll try our best to sort out any issues as best as we can.
