Free Local Deliveries

We offer free local deliveries on all orders over £65 to the following West London postcodes W3, W4, W5, W6, W7, W10, W11, W12, W13 & TW8.  For orders under £65 to any of these postcodes a £4.95 delivery charge will be added at the check out. 


Nationwide Shipping


Online orders are processed and dispatched within seven business days. The standard delivery fee is £5.95 for orders below £65; free shipping for orders above £65. Our plants are shipped Monday to Wednesday. Orders received Thursday to Sunday will be shipped the following Monday to avoid live plant products sitting in warehouses over the weekend. Your order will be sent via DPD or Royal Mail using their next day service.


Click & Collect

All our products are available for Click and Collect from our Chiswick store at 21 Turnham Green Terrace, W4 1RG. We will notify you once your order is ready to collect from our store but we aim to have them ready 1 hour after receiving your order. If you would rather collect your purchase from our Northfields store please contact us before placing your order and we will see if this can be facilitated. 


*Unfortunately due to the high cost of shipping. We are unable to ship plants to the Islands of Scotland, the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of White, the Scilly Isles and the Channel Islands, however please email us to see if we can find a solution*

 

Returns & Refunds 

We take great care in the packaging of our products but if you do receive a plant that isn't to the standard you were expecting please email us - contact@urbantropicana.co.uk within 7 days of delivery. Please also include a photo of the plant so we can see any potential issue. 

​​All non-plant items can be returned for a full refund, providing that this is done within 30 days of receiving them.

If you are unable to return the goods to our store, we will provide address details for you to send them back to us by post/courier. Shipping fees for returns must be paid for by the customer. Plants must be received in the same condition as they were received. 

As with all living things, there is some natural variation in both size and shape and inevitably the plant you receive will look different in some way to the online images. We are unable to offer refunds on plants that do not match a room interior or are not liked. Please get in touch before placing an order if you want to discuss whether you are choosing the correct plant for your home.

Due to the perishable nature of the goods we cannot issue refunds on plants returned to us due to multiple missed deliveries or non collection from DPD Pickup Shops.

 

Cancellation policy

If you have placed an order and made a mistake and would like to cancel, please email us within 24 hours of placing the order and we will provide a full refund.

In the event that an order has already been dispatched (and you have received notification), please follow the returns policy.
